Rooms in the Residence Halls

A limited number of rooms in the residence halls are available on a first-come, first-served basis. A description of the rooms is provided in the Accomodations section of the FAQ here. Also, a list of nearby hotels and motels is provide below. Please note that none of these hotels is within walking distance of the campus. Rooms in the residence halls have been designated as single-occupancy and double-occupancy.

The majority of the rooms are designated as double-occupancy rooms. This means that you will be sharing the room with someone of the same sex. If you are attending the PCM School with a friend, you can request that your friend be your roommate when you register. If you do not specify a roommate, we will assign one for you. Married couples will share a double-occupancy room.

A certain number of single rooms are available for delegates and are assigned on a first come, first served basis. If all the rooms are assigned before the close of registration, we will institute a waiting list. We will let you know after the close of registration if we are able to give you a single room.

This selected list represents desirable accommodations reasonably close to the campus. These hotels are NOT within walking distance of the campus. Public transportation is not an option.
